Our mission

Born from a family’s desire to act locally in Wallonia, The Sowaltree’s mission is to acquire and revitalize soils depleted by agricultural practices.

By recreating these ecosystems, we target four concrete objectives: boosting natural carbon sequestration, restoring endemic biodiversity, enhancing the landscape, and involving citizens in this transition.
